early on Day 20

We just got reminded by Dax (http://www.londonpersonaltrainingstudio.com/) about the power of giving your best and not giving up. A great video that always makes me cry, I have seen it a few times already and it is still powerful. Man, what a whimp I am!!!
I already pushed through the new body weight exercise for today, 10 reps each, but only 8 for the seal push up... Maybe I could have done 10 there as well? I will strive for 10 next time, promise!
It is 6:25 in the morning, and in 10 minutes I can do the cardio workout to get that out of the way for today and take a shower.

All in all this program is a great experience, and I really would like to keep my early morning workouts up. Going from 4 workouts a day to 1 should be a piece of cake, right? And with the fasting and the wave the regular ED seems like a great diet that I can do for life, with maybe some cheese added back in!

Even though I have not lost much weight so far I really like the way my body is changing and looking, and there are 10 more days to go. What a start into the New Year! :-)

  1. I think it's awesome that you are still hanging in there. 1:5 are still here. That means that most people quit. Most people - but not you!

    Congratulations!

  2. You must be really strong to have done so well on the body weight exercises. I know I'm doing almost all of them incorrectly. Stay strong, ten days to go!

  3. Those body weight exercises are tough! I can do the 8 reps of the first 2, but the second set only 6 on the pushup dips and I actually hurt my neck this morning doing the last one. I can get up if I cross my legs and get up that way! HA! Doubt that is accecptable though!

  5. Oh the body weight workouts.... I am trying to do them but think they are not being done right. And I am going to continue the ED with the cycling and fasting. I will drop the workouts to 3 a day though. I have finally decided I am done being over weight!
