Tuesday, Day 9 of Map
Okay, I admit it - I am going a little crazy right now. Leaving for Germany in 2 days, nothing packed yet, still preparing for my business meetings there as well as for some skiing and other fun stuff with my family, plus tons of last minute stuff at work, Sky's birthday on Thursday, the day we leave (meaning I have to bake cup cakes or cookies), and all the workouts, and, and, and.... So far I have done 2 workouts today and am determined to fit in the ICP now, because its the shortest one we have, but before I need to take laundry out of the washer, clean the kitchen, prepare food for tomorrow, and hopefully read a few chapters of Harry Potter. I am at the last book, and really want to finish it before leaving. It is 9:22pm, I need to be in bed in a little over an hour - so the question is: will I make it all??? Wish me luck!

Day 6 of Map
Ok, now I am annoyed.... I had this whole blog post written out, a long one for that, and it just dissappeared! No clue what happened!
In any case, here is a short version of my thoughts: got up early, finally went through all the posts and new information on Dax Moy's Ning site to catch up on what happened with MAP (http://www.daxmoypersonaltrainingstudios.com/), and then wrote about how my workouts and my nutrition is going. In short: 3 workouts a day, 4th one is a struggle and I have the hardest time with it, but its okay, nutrition is okay as well, even though my hubby is trying to boycott me with bringing home donuts and cake and bread on a regular basis. But he will not get me to give in!
Love the fact that 2 of my local friends are doing MAP with me and that we get to workout together every once in a while, that really helps! And with that said, it is time for my morning workout before the boys get up! I am doing Warrior legs from REboot 12 for a change this morning. Have a great weekend everyone!

Friday, day 5 of map 2011
Time just flies when you are having fun! And so far I am having fun, feel much better and am more energized again. Even though I am working out what seems like all day long (well, not much more then 45 minutes or so a day total), but anyway. We have a good group of people on the Dax Moy website (just check out http://www.daxmoypersonaltrainingstudios.com/) and so far all is good!
I am a sweaty mess at the moment and look forward to my morning shower and breakfast now. But no longer sore and my pants definitly feel looser already, yeah!!!
Here we go , another day, and the weekend is coming up, really looking forward to it.

Map 2011 Day 2
Good day workoutwise, did the Warrior legs from Reboot as my morning workout, Power circuit over lunch with my friends and coworkers Robin and Amy, ICP with my friends Maria and Elaine at night. All good there! Food was okay, but I got stuck in a meeting and had a sandwich for lunch. Ate only a small amount of bread though and loads of veggies, so I'll get over it.
So much going on on the site right now, over 500 people participate (check out http://www.daxmoypersonaltrainingstudios.com/) for more info! How cool is that!
Since I was so sore from my TRX workouts I am actually recovering quite nicely and am not very sore anymore, which I am happy about, enough suffering! I did re-injure my shoulder though and will be careful with overhead presses going forward. Time for bed now!
